Partners in Care connects Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with collaborating physicians and provides consulting, compliance, and practice support services. We do not
provide medical care or legal advice.

- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Use our Services only for lawful, professional purposes.
- Not misuse or attempt to disrupt our website, platform, or systems.
4. Payment & Billing
- Fees for Services are outlined at the time of purchase or agreement.
- Payments are due in accordance with the terms provided during checkout or contract.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

- Partners in Care facilitates introductions and oversight arrangements but does not guarantee outcomes.
- You remain solely responsible for your professional practice, including compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants using our Services are independently licensed professionals and are not employees or agents of Partners in Care.

- No Medical Advice: Partners in Care does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any information made available through our Services is for informational and administrative purposes only.
- Independent Professionals: Collaborating physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants are independent licensed professionals. Their relationship with you is separate from Partners in Care, and we are not responsible for the quality or outcome of their medical services.
- No Legal Advice: Any compliance, regulatory, or business consulting provided is for educational and operational purposes only and should not be considered legal advice. You are encouraged to consult with qualified medical, legal, or business professionals before making decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and materials available through our Services are owned by Partners in Care and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce,
